LUCA Science has developed a novel method iMIT (Intact Mitochondrial Isolation Technology) to isolate proprietary intact, storable, functional mitochondria which can be delivered as an off-the-shelf biopharmaceutical agent.

Our mitochondria can be incorporated into host cells and show improvement in bioenergetics profile in a matter of hours.

We are building a mitochondrial engineering technology platform which can enhance the quality and function of mitochondria all the way from its cell source to the target site of delivery in the future.
