LUCA Science Inc. (Headquarter: Chuo-ku, Tokyo) announced that they have appointed Atsushi Tanase and Kazuhiro Ikeda as Statutory Auditors in addition to Eisaku Nakamura, in order to establish a Board of Statutory Auditors as from April 2023 this year.
