Yoshikazu started his professional career as an auditor and later became an advisor of financial reporting standards and processes for SEC listed companies at Big 4 accounting firms in New York and Tokyo. His 18 years of experience includes various conversion projects from local accounting standards to U.S. GAAP and IFRS, establishing internal controls and reporting methods to ensure adequacy of those controls to comply with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, as well as advisory work in adopting new accounting standards and disclosure requirements for ongoing SEC filings. Yoshikazu joins LUCA Science management team from February 2021.
